Sol Maya Condominiums are not a timeshare. It is a full-ownership, beachfront project developed by McNish Marketing Ltd. S.A. de C.V., a Mexican company owned by Canadians

We have developed the project around a philosophy – “It’s all about the lifestyle!”  Our owners will be able to use their condos when and as much as they want and have the opportunity to involve themselves in the Manzanillo community as much or as little as they wish.
